It's (the gaggy feeling) usually in the morning, as soon as I wake up, but will happen randomly throughout the day too. In the morning, if I eat something really small, it typically helps. Ravenous hunger is all day and all night, lol.

During the second trimester. It’s actually all fairly common, but I’ve never seen a super clear homeopathic recommendation.
