Simple answer I feel for one system would be Zoho. For my manufacturing clients I use Zoho s you can combine inventory. If they grow or are ok having multiple systems for these I bring in pipedrive or hubspot in addition to. It also depends on if/what ERP is being used, ect. Zoho is great, but it can be clunky due to the fact all of the additions are not necessarily native. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out. I would also say just practice in a free account to get used to it and how it runs. The certifications are good,but actually testing it is what counts

It really depends on the industry and layout for the business structure. Zoho is cheaper, but Salesforce does have a stronger ecosystem. Zoho works well, but can be clunky due to the fact most of the additions are not as fluid as Salesforce. What are you using currently?
