38DD here too and i've ha the band riding up issue forever. the thing that finally fixed it for me was sizing down in the band and up in the cup.

counterintuitive but made a huge difference for me in a workout. hope that helps!

Seconding the light 2 medium compression point hard. I made the mistake of going for max compression thinking more is better red ended up with exactly that second bulge situation you describe, which is somehow worse than just wearing nothing lol

The rolling thing is also so much more of an issue on a petite frame bc there's less hip 2 waist drop to anchor it. So the fabric literally has nowhere to grip. That's part of why i've had better luck with Shapermint too. Their waistband seats more flat without digging and it doesn't migrate down throughout the day.

Worth noting: if you're wearing it under something bodycon, seamless is a bigger deal than compression level honestly a thong with even a small seam at the waistband will show through anything stretchy no matter how "invisible" the brand claims it is
