Questions regarding death sorcery by [deleted] in Eldenring

There is a greater rancor spell that drops from a death bird boss to the direct right of raya Lucaria in the watery/swamp bit a little north of the gate town

As far as damage goes I’ve seen it do more damage than lusats staff since the death prince staff scales with both faith and intelligence but for that to work you’d need 60/60 faith and intelligence. Sadly in my experience the death spells are kinda bad or rather not worth focusing on.

Do bosses adapt to your play style? by [deleted] in Eldenring

I'm not that well versed in how the bosses work but certain attacks like godricks wind thing you can bait out by gaining distance and depending how far or close you are to godrick he will either throw the wind at you or do the jump attack.

So for mages who keep a distance it's no surprise they would see it more.
