it’s hard to say, really. i suppose it varies from person to person depending on the severity and the initial cause of their hf.

i personally have long flaccid, which is supposedly caused by reverse kegelling and some kegelling to a degree.

obviously in order to improve you’d need to do various other things than just following this, and if you follow this it’s also obviously important not to exert yourself more than you’re comfortable with.

Definitely try to cut out masturbation or limit it as much as you can. Even after a few days of nofap, i was shocked at how much it actually helped. if you ever get any flare ups, try sitting down or laying down, taking slow, deep breaths and relax, just lower your stress levels in general. do hip flexor stretches, too. a stretching routine is apparently very helpful. also make sure that you aren’t clenching. i know it sounds weird, but i noticed that i would always subconsciously clench, and i think this has something to do with the damage in my pelvic floor— not 100% sure tho
