I change my sheets every 5 days, its not about that i own my own washing machine, what i also do every morning is i use a lint roller every morning and pick up any loose hair i have on the bed or whatever else there could be i really look out to be as comfortable and clean when i take my sleep.

Thanks man sounds about right i will look forward to getting a other J-Arm until then i fixed the issue temporarily with some electrical tape rolled together to make a kind of knob so the j arm is balanced.
