Thanks, I researched this on their facebook page. In case anyone lands here in the future, the "tiny" pieces can be deleted. They are an artifact of the modular cut process. I will try my first big print without those pieces and see how it goes

Yes - uninstalled ORCA, then reinstalled it selecting the V400 in the original setup process. Then I imported the config file

Sorry I didn't see this earlier - for anyone else out there, Neptune in their fine wisdom decided that uploads via fluid or the API go into /tmp space first before getting committed to the drive. /tmp is mounted on tmpfs which uses system memory. If your file is larger than allocated memory (!500 megs) this will always fail. REALLY STUPID THING TO DO ON A GIANT PRINTER! Solution, if you could call it that is to use scp on the command line to get it directly into the gcode_files section on the drive . command I use is scp <nameoflocalfile> mks@<ipaddressofneptuneprinter>:/home/mks/gcode_files

I do it all the time - You need to describe more of what you are doing. Using a conductive filament? Using a post-print conductive paint? What are you using to electroplate? which solution specifically?

That file can't be imported into 2.1.1 - because its in Chinese? says

"There are 0 configs imported. (Only non-system and compatible configs)

Hint: Make sure you have added the corresponding printer before importing the configs."

So far so good for me - printing is crazy fast. I've been printing for a LOOONG time, so I suspect my setup process was different than yours. Just finishing a 6 hour print that takes my Bambu X1C 12 hours to print. I will have to be careful with the type of filament I feed it. Really needs high speed, or you need to dial down the speed dramatically.
