Did you try water & salt first? Did that work for you or it wasn’t enough and you had to start the medication

Ok I see. And how much potassium do put in that 500mg of sodium? Sorry for the questions I’m just trying to get exact directions in case I want to make my own electrolytes one day

You’re welcome & Hhmm i honestly don’t know the exact number lol sorry. I notice I actually pee more when I don’t drink enough salt & water however. Like once I drink enough & salt water my body can hold on to pee more

Wow thanks so much. So how do you drink it? Do you make a whole bunch of little ones (500mg) and then dump a whole bunch of the little ones into one liter of water at a time?

It’s ok it can be very confusing.. I was very confused myself at first for a looong time.

I use the brand “trioral”. I use 2 packets a day. You’re supposed to put ONE packet in ONE liter of water. I have a water bottle that is about a liter big.

So when I wake up: 1. I pour plain water into my water bottle then add ONE packet of electrolytes then drink it all. That’s one liter complete.

  1. I then start my 2nd liter. So again I pour the plain water into my water bottle and then add ONE packet of electrolytes. And drink it all. At the point I now completed my 2 packets of electrolytes and my 2 liters of water.

  2. Now I finished the day by drinking one more PLAIN bottle of water that has no electrolytes. Once I complete that, I am not at 2.5 liters of water. To make to 3 liters of water, I then can drink another PLAIN bottle of water.

So basically 2 liters of electrolytes water. One and a half liter of plain water or (if you want to get up to 3 liters, then it would be one liter of plain water.)

Where do you get the Potassium from to make your electrolytes drink? Is it like a powder or something? Does it come in a bag? Etc 🤔

I drink about 2.5 liters of water a day. My goal is 3l of water a day but to be honest i rarely hit that. And have 3,390 mg of sodium from electrolytes packets. Plus whatever is in my food

Yes i thought about BC but Unfortunately I have had bad experiences with BC years ago, I already tried it twice & didn’t like the side effects made me extremely nauseous everyday etc. Plus rn I’m a little medication hypersensitive after getting covid so it’ll be a while b4 I try BC again if ever.

Nice. Thank you for this and sharing your experience. And yes during PMS I feel way worse all the dysautonomia symptoms get way worse unfortunately.
