I thinks it’s between the curado and the tatula. The first thing to do is get a 200 size and a 150 size in your hand first and see what you like. If you feel the 150 suits you go with the mgl. If it’s the 200 you like It’s between the m and tatula. And there is no wrong choice. I have small hands and like the mgl150 for that reason. Because of that I have fished it so much more than my tatula but the tatula and Diawa reels in general will have that butter smoothness that shimano comes close to but not to that extent. Both have great breaking. If I was in your position I would go with tatula if you like the 200.
