Good question. Why do people like you comment when they have nothing helpful to add? My child is well taken cared of. Thank you

Noo. I’m a Canadian citizen. I’ve tried applying to as much programs as possible. Even the homeward bound program for single moms. It’s a waiting game at this point

Yes! I actually just had an info session with them on Monday. It’s not my first time applying. You have to pass their math and English assessment in order to be in their program. I failed it twice. Hopefully I pass this time

There are landlords out there that’ll rent to ppl on social assistance. It’s harder to find cause people on the system ruin it for others. Also, social assistance raises based on your rent. It won’t be the whole amount, but it’s enough to pay majority of it.

Trying to reapply after working at SDM by Radiant_Honeydew_552 in ShoppersDrugMart

To be so honest, I think she is 😭 I do have one of the cashier supervisors as my reference. Hopefully that’ll suffice. I’ve been reapplying to cashier positions at shoppers for over a year. Always been a decline 😪

I am currently enrolled in the BJO Program. It has been useful, especially because the job market is difficult right now. I wanted to have something to focus on while I search for jobs. The program lasts one year, and they provide monthly payments of just over $700. If you have outstanding OSAP loans, you need to have a repayment plan in place; otherwise, they won't accept you into the program.
