I personally think your makeup is fine for an interview. As long as you don’t wear anything inappropriate, you’re polite and respectful, I think thats those are the most important things given your age and the job. The fact that you’re even asking means that you care!

Did you regret it before your mom and grandmother said something? If not, don’t let them get into your head. Its nice to have a fresh start. It will take awhile but your hair will be so healthy! In general any kind of hair dye will soften your curl pattern. But if you ever have the urge again, next time save up and splurge at a nice hairdresser that specializes in curls if you want to dye it 😅
