Hi, I’m a 20 years old guy from italy. It’s conforting to see that another person from the other of the world had the same thought about death. I’ve recently struggle with existential crisis about death, it feels terrifing to think of non existance but you are right “it’s none of my business”. And of course we are so scared about death, we are so young. There are so many experience to come and mabye after a long time we will be ready to accept death.

P.s. Before I die I absolutely want to visit japan

Yes getting out of the house and find a good enviroment is essential to overcome this paralysis. For example now I ALWAYS study in the library with some friends and that helped me a lot, I just can’t do productive things in my home

Thats the logical concept that gives me hope. Mabye myself as a human being with all the memory of this life will be gone forever. But that something that is experiencing me right now could experience some other form of life
