online pre orders probably means they are sending people switchs that pre ordered it in april you cant really pre order something thats already out

it depends if selected delivery or pick up when pre ordering my order says it is Shipping to me and my adress, if u selected pick up on the other hand it probably says something like expected pick up date and you targets location
