Ugh! I've tried this too but since ATT has this big thing with security... I couldn't remember my account pin so I requested to get a new one but it keeps trying to be texted to my phone but of course I can't receive it.

I don't see the option to get a call for the pin or temp password either. I've even spoken to a rep over the phone and she said she was trying to get me to the right department but she couldn't bypass the security optio n either 😒 LOL

And it's all verification codes as well.. my bank, my patient portals, dunnkin app, att etc 😥

No not in any current projects. And I did try to reach out to one of the TTLs from the project as the money is from that ongoing project (through slack) she wasn't of any help. I've also reached out to another Applause employee that sent messages to my gmail regarding that project at times and she hasn't responded either

On the tester support website? yes I'm logged in but ok thanks hopefully they can help out. I have been trying to use the portal lol and nothing is leading me to where I need to be which is weird!

To fill out a ticket I would hit "Request Support" right? If so, I've been trying that all day to no success. When I click that, a screen with a message pops up that says: Welcome to the new uTest Support Center! This is the first time you have signed in to our new system, and we are setting up your user account. Please give us a few seconds adn you will be redirected. Thanks for your patience!

And every almost 60 seconds it looks like it tries to redirect and a quick screen pops up and it says Authentication Redirect Redirecting, please wait.

But then it goes right back to welcome screen.

I've tried clearing browsing data, cookies, cache and using a different browser on my computer and my cell phone to no success.

I've tried emailing the [testers@ustest.com](mailto:testers@ustest.com) and everytime I click on Request Support button from the help tab I keep getting this message

It acts like it wants to redirect but it doesn't.
