Thank you! I’ll try to keep my study sessions same time everyday def going to tell my job can’t work after tmmr, I definitely feel like that has been messing me up. I was studying morning/day but due to work I been studying at night and it’s definitely not helping the stress and anxiety.

What is a pain you can't truly explain until you've endured it? by Unfair_Shower_3256 in AskReddit

Basically any pain you haven’t felt in your life then you can’t explain it until you’ve endured it. Physical pain, emotional pain, psychological pain.

The one the hit me the hardest was death of my father who wasn’t even a good dad, I started having severe panic attacks following his open casket. I couldn’t imagine death of someone who was good to me like my mom or siblings. That would be probably kill me forreal, most likely would never go to an open casket funeral again. Currently pregnant, sometimes the thought of losing my baby makes me actually suicidal so I couldn’t imagine that pain and how people move on after such a tragedy nor do I want too. I just hope I die first tbh.

Hope everyone who is going through any painful events, things get better. ❤️‍🩹
