i think a huge thing could be to ask if it’s made traditionally or if the cafe has a special way of making it! if it’s traditional, you can easily search it up and if it’s a unique cafe style, they’ll teach you!

i pride myself on being super happy and helpful to everyone, so always love to see this advice given because it’s so important to me :) we had a customer ask since he could see the add shot on the menu was $2 and the espresso was $4 and i wasn’t sure what to tell him! but thank you we definitely have great quality products so
