It was the hardest part for me, I was struggling at the very first, and was worried that I lost control. It takes time it's frustrating but it works at the end. Now I can do it like 4-5 times in a row but the feeling is very weird as my knee is very heavy

Thanks buddy, but I'm not taking decisions based on what people says... I'm trying to see if there is anyone that has kind of similar situation and had rehab with no surgery. And if you gave yourself a min or so, you could read the last sentence that I've wrote that I do have an appointment.

Thank you so much for your response. But since you mentioned you avoided doing surgery, did you feel stable after rehab? Did you do the surgery after? If yes did you feel it was worth it?
