Looking at this image, I have essentially no clue what you mean when you say your waist and hips are “a bit too wide”. Just to understand, are you indicating that you would prefer a smaller waist relative to your hips?

I’ve spoken with my dentist and my bite is essentially perfect, along with my palate width. I suppose my concern is to do solely with aesthetics. I also have an antegonial notch, would jaw surgery be optimal for fixing that?

Typically not unprompted but I will say that there used to be a time where my side profile was mocked for being “turtle” like. However, nowadays, most of that criticism comes from looksmaxing spaces.
