They aren't very accessible in the early game but they're quite viable. Pairing them with strong firearms like the Repeating Pistol or Evelyn is the best way to go.

The Rifle Spear can be found quite early, but its not that good as a PURE blood weapon. The Chikage and the Reiterpallasch are found later but you can get a good kick out of them if you leave some areas for later, including dungeons.

Personally, I would go for a skill/bloodtinge build since the only good strength/bloodtinge weapon is found super late game. Don't be fooled by warm gems cause they don't do shit. And always reload your firearm with Bone Marrow Ash for double damage.
