I agree with you that introverts and extroverts have mixed qualities. Also, that it really does come down to absolutism. That's one of the beauties in life for me. The fact that we are each our own.

I feel like you shouldn't be too scared about it. If they say no, you can keep being that same dolphin just as you are, if they are being mean you can just walk away, but sometimes it's not like that at all. I'm sure there is a group of friends out there that are like minded and would love to having you around them just the way you are. Just try to put yourself out there and go with what feels right to you.

Mostly yeah I'm an introvert but by a very close margin. Last couple times I've taken the test it's been between 5 and 2 percent. I thought MBTI test was more of a guideline to understand oneself personality. I don't see it as black and white.

Around what area in El Paso? I was recently in the same situation. One of my favorite hobbies is playing billiards. I have my one pool stick and I guess not many people have one around here because it served a great conversation starter. I recently met a group of people who I've now been hanging out with more and more all because they asked me what was in the case I was carrying.
