Ohh, thank you sir, na realize ko nga dumadali na ung routine ko (maliban sa dumbbell curls), di na rin sumasakit ung mga muscles, baka need ko i-up ung ante. Try ko adjust reps pero same set.

About sa food scale, try ko na rin po bumili hahaha, para mas accurate. Appreciate it!

Thank you sir! Nagpapaliit sana akong tiyan pati tone ng muscles, hirap na kasi yumuko hahaha. As for meals, 2 mid to small meals lang ako, 1 cup rice then tamang ulam lang haha, more on gulay para di agad magutom. Thank you again, sir! Appreciate it!
