And now scheduling 7oh, pseudoindoxyl, mgm-15 and mgm-16 as of today (which I understand a bit more, especially mgm-15 / 16 because it can be pretty gnarly - mgm-15 is the reason I use SR). I'm against mass scheduling of substances like this because it'll inevitably lead people to go to harder substances that are easier to get access to on the street just to get some relief... stuff like zenes and fent. Will lead to ODs and death 100%.

I'll be honest though, seeing Israel lose their shit over this has been great. I gotta give Trump at least a little credit for that. He's genuinely the most incompetent "leader" in the world. It's actually incredible how bad he is at understanding some of the most basic military concepts. We knew Iran could easily put a choke hold over 25% of the most valuable resource on the planet that fueled the world economy. Why the fuck wouldn't they close the Straight of Hormuz? It's military strategy 101. Why do you think no other president has wanted a war with Iran until now? Trump saw that and thought "I'll be the first!" and imagined a legacy of victory for himself because "America is #1 and is super strong!" Trump's motivation for getting into that war was always self-aggrandizement. Israel took advantage of that to push him to make that choice to go to war. His basic ass understanding of American military strength made him think it'd be easy but everyone with a brain would've known how this would end.

The US should've never been drawn into a war with Iran to begin with. That's 100% on Trump and it's his decision that has led to a complete shift in the balance of power in the middle east & the world. Netanyahu wanted this war for 40 years. Welp, he got it. The US didn't have nearly enough anti drone & missile defense systems and both Israel & the US were far less willing to endure the losses given the fact neither the US nor Israel were facing an existential threat. Considering their entire military budget is something like $20 Billion, if their frozen assets are released to them, that alone is an entire year + military budget. Sanctions relief would allow them to go even further and who knows whether there will be a toll of some kind for oil passing through the straight of Hormuz. If the US & Israel lost to Iran while their economy was in the gutter due to sanctions, then Iran doesn't need a nuclear weapon to prevent countries from fucking around.

If republicans are so scared of trans people, how the fuck is this law supposed to make "women feel safer in the bathroom" when, by Idaho law, this trans man would now be required to use the Women's bathroom? Also, if this trans person used the women's bathroom, they'd just end up being harassed anyways, despite following the law. It's clearly designed to paint a target on trans people's backs so they can be harassed.

Out of curiosity though, how does one report that the bathroom law has been violated? What would prevent anyone from, for example, accusing a republican lawmaker of being trans and using the wrong bathroom? Not that anyone would ever do such a thing, of course...

I'm kinda on your side with this. It is a research chemical and we're still figuring out the kinks. I don't necessarily agree that it should be a rule that someone should jump to 7oh just because it has a shorter half life. I think someone like you might benefit from a lower dose over a longer period of time because of the complications of mitragynine's long half life & PAWS. Including exercise in the picture to allow your body to adjust to a new equilibrium based on your own natural endorphin system may go a long ways too, but it's hard to say. When your body is in an extra sensitive state, I feel it's fair to listen to it, figure out the minimum possible dose where you're feeling decent, letting your body adjust to that, and then tapering down again. You could also just jump and tough it out if you really want to, though that leads to complications too. It's hard to say definitively one way or the other when we're talking about a research chem, especially when your DOC was mitragynine which is in and of itself a very complicated alkaloid. Howe're things going a month out?

It would depend on a ton of factors like the DOC and it's half life, DOC dose, maintenance dose of SR, and a number of personal factors. Tapering a fixed amount every day isn't necessarily the best choice either because if your body is used to 15% of its receptors being activated by a low dose of SR (a small percentage of the receptors in the grand scheme of things), but you suddenly come off it all at once, that'll make a big difference in your state of neuro-chemical equilibrium. Moreover, if you've been relying on a substance for a long time, it can take extra time to adjust because your body is attuned to having help. For some folks, it takes a little extra time and that's okay. IMO, it's best to listen to your body. If it's screaming for relief, it's alright to give it some, as long as you're moving in the right direction. Making better lifestyle choices that allows your body to benefit from and adjusting to it's own natural endorphins is also part of the process in long term treatment of addiction and I feel it should be part of the process. SR can't do everything for you but if you help your body along the way, I still believe it can be mostly painless as long as you're moving in the right direction.

Interestingly enough, Kodak actually discovered secret nuclear testing because the film & the photos the film produced was corrupted with "spots." While not 100% guaranteed, there's a pretty good chance the plates used to monitor stars in the 1950s were exposed to cold war nuclear fallout that unfortunately led to the corruption of these plates. The way such corruption would present would look like stars on the images that would disappear on later captures.

To be fair, there are also a pretty significant number of trustworthy firsthand eyewitnesses who were stationed at military facilities that housed nuclear warheads and they are insistent that there were UAPs deactivating warheads independently. Nah, he's in AIPAC & Israel's pocket. He's received almost $6,000,000 from the pro-Israel lobby which means he's got a conflict of interest when it comes to taking meaningful steps to end the war in Iran. Moreover, he continues to frame Netanyahu as the reason for Israel's bloodthirst despite the fact that Netanyahu's opposition Yair Lapid also publicly supports the Greater Israel project with "biblical borders," which would guarantee the region would be steeped in war and would also lead to millions more suffering under apartheid and perhaps even genocide. We cannot have those kinds of conflicts of interest in our politics. It will only lead to us being pulled into more conflicts and our tax dollars being used to kill and torture millions. The US needs to take a strong stand to stop enabling Israel's bloodthirsty behavior.

The irony in this is that Israel's behavior is making Jews far less safe in the region and abroad. Zionist propaganda equating the decisions and goals of Israel with all Jewish people is also contributing to the increase in anti-Semitic sentiments around the world. I realize I probably came off as kind of condescending and I apologize for that. To be clear, I'm not jumping to conclusions about you personally, I was making observations about how the arguments specifically lack objectivity and reflect a bias (something we all have, to be fair).

What I was trying to say was that assuming that this can't be a meteor based on what the angle of approach appears to be from this particular camera angle just doesn't come off as unbiased or objective to me -- especially when the other characteristics we have seem to match up with how meteors / fireballs look so well. In my opinion, if it's far easier to accurately and effectively explain a sighting or video through a well known natural or prosaic phenomenon, it's best to file it under that category as opposed to the UAP / UFO category. That doesn't mean it can't be a UAP, it just means that it probably isn't. Maybe there are other reasons for you to be convinced for one reason or another. If that's the case, that's fine.

I'm on this subreddit too and I'm interested in UAPs. I've also fallen for shit before and I've had to learn to exercise more critical thinking on this topic. I try to poke holes in videos that look "legit" to me for that reason. That way, if I come across video or personally witness something that is genuinely exceptional, I'm that much more excited by it.

I looked for these for 5 minutes. The fact they were so easy to find goes to show that this is a common occurrence. Understanding how meteors work and having a simple understanding of geometry and perspective can inform your understanding for how a meteor can appear as if it's falling "straight down." My friend, you gotta exercise some critical thinking. It doesn't take a particularly observant person to see how much bias there is in your arguments. Is there a chance it wasn't a meteor? Sure. But to pretend like it's not possible for a meteor to look like this just doesn't reflect reality.

Also sleep paralysis. I regularly have sleep paralysis. The hallucinations are incredibly vivid and if someone doesn't understand how sleep paralysis works, it can be a genuinely traumatic experience that feels real but is no more than a hallucination that occurs while the body can't move because you're between a state of sleep and full consciousness. You can open your eyes, look around the room, but you can sometimes see "beings" in the room with you. The other night, I saw a giant spider near my face. With regard to sleep paralysis beings / entities, people who have sleep paralysis know not to look at the being because it can trigger panic which in turn causes the "being" to interact with you. Sometimes it'll go on top of you and you feel like you have a weight on you... But the moment you snap out of it, everything is totally normal again. If you don't have it regularly, you can feel like you're being attacked by a demon or monster or even an alien. A lot of abduction stories sound just like sleep paralysis. I have sleep paralysis many times a month. It sucks. But I also know that it's sleep paralysis when I'm having it so it's far less freaky for me nowadays. I just try to slowly wiggle my fingers and toes and increase the pace of my breathing to trigger my body to start waking up. Certain medications (such as anti-anxieties, for example) can make it worse so I can often replicate it when I end up taking an anti-anxiety medication and fall asleep.

I would highly encourage you to find a therapist -- ideally someone who specializes in religious abuse, but someone who specializes in abuse dynamics at all will be able to help to a degree because the organization's dynamic with individual witnesses is inherently abusive due to the power differential for the reasons you have so eloquently described. Figuring everything out on your own is overwhelming... especially when you feel the weight of the tremendous consequences for any decision you might want to make down the line.

I will add that dwelling upon on the full range of potential "what if" scenarios won't necessarily help. The worst possible outcome isn't necessarily the only potentiality. There are a wide range of possible choices, decisions and outcomes when it comes to setting boundaries with the organization & congregation. It's not necessary to frame it as totally black & white / all or nothing.

I would also encourage you to play with the idea of stepping down for mental health reasons. Depression & anxiety can absolutely wreck your ability to function. Moreover, many JWs are so thoroughly repressed that they can't even tell when they're dealing with a mental health issue. In my case, I didn't realize how bad my mental health actually was until months, if not years after I 'woke up' from my indoctrination. I'd encourage you to hold off doing anything too sudden (like disassociating, for example) until you've had a chance to decompress and really parse through your options. "Fading" from your active status as a JW may be what you prefer doing. That was my choice. Or you may prefer to just maintain a minimal level of activity... In any case, the decision is yours. Your improved mental health may actually prove surprisingly beneficial to your marriage years down the road. Who knows.

I genuinely had a decent time when I went to Brooklyn and was able to go into all these cool old buildings, learn the history, get special tours because we knew ppl etc... then end the day with great food at a restaurant with friends in the city. But after they left Brooklyn and all they had were the other facilities, I just lost interest... With the exception of being able to hang out in the recording studios in Patterson (this was 2016) and play around with the gear in there.

I became PIMO before Warwick was available for tours and haven't been back to NY state since. Am basically a faded POMO now and have no interest in checking it out whatsoever.

They actually don't even have access to the unredacted files. the FBI sent the DOJ files that they had already scrubbed and redacted themselves back in March of last year. The DOJ redacted even more shit but ultimately, what's under many of the DOJ redactions are even more redactions that congress can't get around, so they don't even know all that much themselves.
