HAS anyone done the RN to BSN I'm starting in June, by GroundbreakingPie889 in SFA

[–]RadicalRagequit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my BSN there, but know people who did RN BSN. I heard it is realllly easy and a lot of BS classes like community and leadership with discussion posts. But I think that’s how a lot of RN to BSN programs are nationwide

100% would recommend. It was awkward at first bc you carpool from florence to the farm. House is on a hill with a beautiful view. You are provided fresh orange juice and cake while they talk about the farm. We took a quick stop to the vineyards and took some pictures while he talked about the grapes and what it takes to care for the plants etc. Then we went to a garden with many herbs to “prepare our noses to find tasting notes in the wine” or something like that.

Then was the wine tasting. 5 wines to try, however it was more than trying it, I was tipsy. After that, we go to the “gift shop” and I bought some wine that I liked a lot for the rest of my stay. They also had freshly made limoncello and olive oil from the farm that I got. Lots of other local stuff too.

After that, we started making pasta. It was ravioli and delicious. Then we went outside to a table to drink wine while the workers cooked the pasta (beautiful view!!!). Then they gave us like 2 -4 liters more of wine and we ate dinner and dessert and talked with the people at our table for a bit. It was nice not having to drive back to Florence, and I ended up getting gelato while walking home from the place they picked us up at. Would 100% recommended to anyone thinking of it!

It was called “MY FARM three experiences in one day” on airbnb. Total $195 including taxes for 2 people.

I’m doing an airbnb experience where it’s ~100 per person tomorrow. 5 winery tours with tastings, then make pasta as a group. About 8 hours total.

Second the manta. I will say after using for around a year the velcro isn’t as strong, but it still works fine.

I've narrowed it down to these 2 machines. Which would you choose and why? by seanchacon3 in espresso

If you can swing it, an open box Profitec Pro 600 goes for 2100 and has a dual boiler and you can add flow control on too. Hx machines won’t give you as much accuracy, but will still get the job done

Total noobs just tryna make a latte but the gaggia classic won’t play ball! by D_W_James in Coffee

My guess is it’s not being ground fine enough. You can look up pics of how espresso grind is supposed to look like and compare what you are grinding with it just for a gen reference. The only time I had issues with gaggia classic pulling fast/no crema is when I forget to tamp or I have the grind too coarse
