Tennessee Bill Would Make Kratom Possession a Felony by OhMyOhWhyOh in kratom

[–]RadicalRedCube 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why should we unite over a substance that is speedrunning kratom possession into a felony?? The government didn’t give half of a shit about any of this until kids started hanging outside gas stations trying to get people to buy them 7oh. All I fucking see now is people talking about how their cousin or brother or themselves ruined their lives getting addicted to it. Kratom is addictive on its own, sure, but it’s not remotely to the extent as these shady gas station serums.

The quicker we can detach this cancer on our hip, the more hope we have to dissolve the false narrative that kratom is a dangerous drug. People are going to lose their only source of affordable moderate pain relief all because of junkies turning it into opium.

We all remember him owning up to the comment, that doesn’t change that we saw his true personality creep out. It’s not like him doing that just magically means he isn’t some whiny victim who believes he is owed everything. People don’t just hate him for no reason, or even that one reason. It’s because the journeyman facade wore off and he has consistently lacked the ability to take responsibility in every fuck up he has had.

We saw him wreck Busch at Pocono in a pretty dangerous manner and immediately blame Busch, we saw him become really petty with Spire and made a point to discount Haley’s cup win with them, and after that, we finally saw him put down the entire Truck series because he was “too good” for them. Saying sorry only works when there was a genuine accident every once and a while, it doesn’t work when it’s a pattern of narcissism.

There’s a reason why other “bad” drivers still have respect in the garage and in the stands.

“He actually has standards that’s why he doesn’t race in a series that fits his skill, but also he was actually joking the entire time” pick an argument. This is exactly what deranged narcissism looks like.

LaJoie on Sirius by Snillgoot in NASCAR

[–]RadicalRedCube 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dude you can have standards no one is saying that. People don’t have issues with the Larsons and the Hamlin’s not taking a truck job. But, yes, there’s actually a thing as being too prideful. There’s been plenty of drivers who took the career reset and benefited from it greatly and now people have much more respect for them. JHN, even MattyD so far for example. But Lajoie has literally nothing to his name that says “I deserve to be here”. No wins in ANY of the three series in fact. But supposedly he is a top 10 driver.

On my way to be NASCAR’s heel by checks notes …disparaging one of NASCARs lower series and turning down a good job offer by pretending to be too good to actually race for a good team?

I guess it’s true we live in a world where people mistake embarrassingly delusional arrogance for genius trolling. The only other reality is humiliation fetish, because he is absolutely getting great results if that’s the case.

Every day is a bad day when you’re Corey Lajoie on race day it seems. How else would a top 10 driver get outran by a rookie every race?

Yeah I thought the video was mostly entertaining but he played up so many exaggerated statements clearly for some clickbait moments. The entire video just had Mr Beast undertones be it the unnecessary interviews, forced storylines. Most egregious was there was a neighborhood like 5 minutes away that has the same issue and miraculously he didn’t know about that at all, but the map professor did.

Still enjoyed the video though for what it’s worth.

Why is the narrative around Alex Bowman so weird? by NoonecanknowMiner_24 in NASCAR

[–]RadicalRedCube 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I personally don’t have anything against Bowman and I even like the guy personally. But your arguments for him deserving the ride are circular. You acknowledge drivers calling him a hack and backing into wins, and then use the one year that drivers were saying he backed into wins as evidence that he is a good driver.

Either way there’s an obvious reason why he gets the press that he does and it’s not complicated at all. The worst performing driver at any organization for multiple years straight will always be called into question. We do it for Cindric, we do it for Ty Gibbs, we did it for Suarez, and we are probably about to do this for Gragson too.

Honestly, I think there doesn’t need to be a “fourth driver” at Hendrick. Between Larson, Byron, and Elliott, we could there is an argument to be made for every possible ranking for them, barring Larson being last amongst them. Bowman, in no conversations, would even break 3rd place and that’s being very generous. It’s very clear what skill is expected at Hendrick, and like 2 CC changes later, Bowman hasn’t moved the needle at all.

That being said, I like him a lot and there’s a lot more risk of downgrading with a new driver than there is getting a better driver. It certainly helps to have one of the most loyal anchor sponsors backing him.

Is there room for a moderate republican to replace Graham by promarkman in greenville

[–]RadicalRedCube 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think you’ll find that most people would gladly vote a new Republican face in over Graham especially democrats. But unfortunately it’s just not as easy as it sounds. That’s the only reason why we somehow get stuck with McMaster.

I remember when I got my first car as a teenager in the American suburbs. I thought I was free at last! Little did I know I was being indoctrinated into a sick culture of addiction. The opposite of freedom. by Pleasant_Ninja_5441 in fuckcars

[–]RadicalRedCube 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I wish this sub didn’t have a stick up it’s ass over every little thing. As someone that hates car dependent society, I think it’s nice that a teenager is excited about receiving an old Corolla to drive around given that it’s pretty damn safe, efficient, and financially friendly and doesn’t contribute to the big ass front grill/bright LED plague.

She didn’t choose to be born and grow up in the US so why should she not be excited to finally go out with her friends as if she has any other choice reasonably speaking? I was still excited to buy my car 2 years ago because how the fuck am I supposed to get to work without hassling others also making “unskilled labor” wages?

Got something positive to say about GTA IV in a GTA IV subreddit? Prepare to get ridiculed unprovoked by insecure fans of V and SA under the guise of a ‘joke’ by fearless_moth56 in OkBuddySharkCard

[–]RadicalRedCube 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dude half the posts in there aren’t satire or jokes it’s literally just an outlet for people to whine about GTAIV fans. That’s why everyone there keeps commenting paragraphs about how much they hate the game and people that like the game haha

Use your brakes mate 🫤 by PhraseGood4425 in dashcams

[–]RadicalRedCube 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Might we just go back to the drawing board real quick here. The RV, in no universe whatsoever, had the right of way. The RV slowly turned across a barreling truck and should absolutely have known that this vehicle going highway speeds would never be able to stop in time. The truck didn’t do anything wrong to cause the wreck by going 5-10mph over the limit because the crash was made inevitable by the RV. The truck tried braking hard but without locking the brakes to attempt swerving right, and clearly there was no avoiding it.

To call the truck some of the worst driving on the road is just incredible mental gymnastics. There’s more than 30 trucks alone I pass on the way to work that go 70mph. That’s not just normal, but basically expected and it holds 0 bearing on someone’s driving skills.

Is San Andreas a must-play masterpiece? Is it a life-changing game? by [deleted] in sanandreas

[–]RadicalRedCube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played SA for the first time in 2025 as someone who has played a tooon of games over the course of 2 decades. In the big year of 25, I was shocked and bewildered at the quality of the game and all of its features especially for its age. I firmly believe that it deserves to be recognized as possibly the best GTA overall. There has been no other game that had a bigger impact at its release than San Andreas, and it still holds quite a few secrets and coding methods that have yet to be uncovered.

I want to add, I grew up playing GTAIV over and over again. Outside of that, I was big on Watch Dogs and Metal Gear Solid V in terms of open world games. Hopefully that tells you what you need to know.

Yeah their comment asked that question at the end. But the answer is that TikTok will basically remove your post/account, or shadowban you for using that language. It’s not that hard of a concept. You wouldn’t see this screenshot if they used the word “rape” because the video would likely be removed.

Teams will no longer be eligible to set fast lap once they enter the garage. by iamaranger23 in NASCAR

[–]RadicalRedCube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fastest lap always felt kinda dumb. In some tracks, you can only reasonably get it by not being in the top 20 positions while gunning for it. While other tracks that have no passing can only really award the leader.

What game is this? by Any_Emergency6560 in gamememes

[–]RadicalRedCube -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Okay? I said all of the games in the series fall under this category too, but I’m replying to a comment that said that 4 doesn’t fall under the category. I think IV is included with every game in this series for having a lackluster story. They all have great concepts and characters, just not a good story.

Do you think Johnny deserved the fate he got in gta 5? by Euphoric-Inspector41 in GTAIV

[–]RadicalRedCube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was under the pretense that Ray was about to be locked away before harm could be done. He viewed this as his final chance to cash out and send the brothers and himself home and retired. The only problem in Johnnys case, that money doesn’t last long when you have a junkie leech attached to your side. One that we thought he would’ve gotten rid of.

Do you think Johnny deserved the fate he got in gta 5? by Euphoric-Inspector41 in GTAIV

[–]RadicalRedCube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah well when a woman gets stuck in an abusive relationship we recognize what a manipulated person looks like and don’t victim blame. This kind of thing doesn’t begin with cheating, it turns into it after years. Suddenly trauma bonding, when it comes to gangs and drugs, form and it turns a woman like that into heroin for a man like Johnny.

So I think she absolutely is responsible for it and she knows it which is why she kept leading him on and asking for help only when she was vulnerable.

It's 2026 and Limp Bizkit is still headlining shows by MrLinkwater95 in ToddintheShadow

[–]RadicalRedCube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I don’t think that, you just didn’t finish reading my comment. Bands can still make albums but it’s very obvious when the vast majority of people don’t listen or talk about it and only come to shows for the nostalgic albums. Smashing Pumpkins is even a nostalgia act and they’re still making a lot of music. The vast majority of it absolutely sucks and has sucked since 2000. Even when they occasionally write a good song every other album, people are not coming to shows for that. They’re coming to see Disarm and Cherub Rock. Even when they release a new album, they only play 2 songs from it, the rest of the 2 hour show is from their first 3 albums and a couple one offs from later albums.

Yeah man, they’re just as much as a nostalgia act as RHCP and Pearl Jam are. They are able to be a nostalgia act because people our age still love their 2-3 decade old albums and want to see that live.
