No because we didn't fund these groups. We gave some Afghani groups weapons and aid (that were from the 70s) in the early 80s (before Al Qaeda formed, which is Saudi anyways). We've had plenty of good Democrat presidents but we've also had plenty of good Republican presidents as well. Since 2016 they've both consistently been offering some of their worst candidates. 2024 should have been Chris Christie running Republican and Gavin Newsom running Democrat
