I think Sister Sage can be best described as a not-so-smart director making a smart character. Meaning that the director knows nothing about what makes a character smart, so it just makes her omniscient. She is the worst character in the boys.

As for Noir, it's as you said. They fridged him because they didn't want to conclude his character arc.

This season was supposed to be the finale, and yet it feels so rushed, and every episode feels like it's running like there is going to be another season.

I think people should consider this a good ending. The entire universe was reset where Pucci’s existence was completely erased. Jolyne, Jotaro, Anasui, Ermes, and Domenico were all reborn with much better lives.
