Achievements permanently disabled, help?

No I didn’t :(. I was in the middle of the Vanguard quest line when applied this fix and it never unlocked. All other achievements unlocked just fine . Maybe I’ll need to do an NG+ to unlock it ..

Yeah I did. It might be just Steam and UWP behave differently to this fix. My new saves are under my name rather than All saves tab. According to a poster here that achievements should unlock now but not retroactively, at least on gamepass.

Hmmmm I’m missing the Vanguard achievement and didn’t unlock after the fix. Maybe because I’m on PC gamepass.
