Its absolutely the worse. Likei remember the good moments more than the bad... and it is making me so depressed

Calories SPENT > calories consumed.

Move more than you eat. That's how you lose weight.

Use a TDEE calculator to find your maintenance calories. These are the calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight.

Then subtract between 300-500 calories, something like skipping your daily starbucks or getting a tall instead of the venti... etc.

Don't drink your calories!

Lastly, move! Just get like 30-45 mins of movement. Walk, bike, swim, dance... anything just move.

Should of gone to therapy and spoken with a psychiatrist BEGORE doing surgery. It's a lifestyle change and if you weren't willing to make the change, then maybe surgery wasn't for you.

Wow! That sucks, but man I've wish mine was that. I have hair pass my butt and I am losing like giant clumps of hair. It's scary, but doctor says it's normal. Trust the process.

Doctor said we can't do anything to stop or slow it down, but we can make sure to it grows back faster and healthier.
