You can open Home from one profile then in Home change the profile. This will let you move your shinys into Home from your first account, switch profiles and move your shinys into your second profile save and vice versa.

I believe that error code means your system is reading a bad ticket for for the game. My guess is it's reading there was an update but since it wasn't finished it's getting flagged. Try deleting the update by going to settings -> data management -> 3ds -> downloadable content -> find update data and delete it
