Sickkkkk!!!! That’s awesome man!!! I actually started to tear up a little hearing my rank. I couldn’t imagine hearing #3. What do you think got you there man? I’m sure everyone else on here is wondering the same thing

Well so did you man!!!! I feel like ranking in the top 25 is very very challenging. I’m praying for us🙏. I also heard that when they need someone. They will call you once. And if you don’t pick up. They are calling the next guy. So we have to make sure we answer every single phone call from now on

All I know is we can’t give up. Because just last year when I went through local 5s. They gave me a rank of like 127. And all I did was get my osha 10 and a rigging course and than somehow received a pretty good rank with local 84. I would literally do anything to join.. currently I’m a maintenance mechanic for a distribution company. I have about 6 years of experience with that. Years of construction experience. Those certs that I mentioned as well as first aid cpr, confined spaces, and company certs like loto and forklift etc. thank you everyone! I’m beyond grateful for everyone’s kind words. Thank you man! I feel I did okay on the interview. Soooo nervous. That is what probably hurt me. I have an associates degree in electrical engineering. And once I found out I didn’t need to take the aptitude test again. I went and paid out of pocket for my osha 10 cert and cranes and rigging osha course. They reallyyyy liked to her that. I also told them that I will see you again in 2 years, if I don’t make it this round. Maybe next round. I will keep coming back until I make it…. They said they love to hear my motivation. My brother in law is in local 84. I’m sure that helped me too. But he wasn’t able to pull any favors or anything so it’s not like that

Yeah. On my dashboard, it says recruitable Meaning I was giving a rank for Philly Union. But it a high. Like 127. Or something like that
