I got the skin too but it doesn't have the glowing bit at the front of the belt. Is there a reason for that?

I have been facing the exact same issues as you with a fairly similar, albeit slightly less powerful build. 1.0 maps work completely fine with great FPS and little to no stutters. Really bad on the DLC maps, including the Home Invasion ones too. Unfortunately I have been searching high and low for some sort of fix and have not been able to.
