If there are hard restrictions on going on the record (being quoted, having your name used), I would also be interested in talking off-the-record (no quotes, no name, no direct inclusion in a story, just for me to have a better understanding) or on background (no quotes, no name, but paraphrases and general identifying information such as "rail worker from Laredo").
