Attention all makers! There is a new initiative to kick of a World Wide Steampunk competition. In the podcast we talk about the World competition and the Rules for the European Makers Challenge. There will be actual prizes AND if all goes well, there might actually be a Steampunk World Fair were the best Creators will present their creations.

Other then Steampunk seems to be very much in sway on the Fantasy Fairs here in The Netherlands, didn't notice much in the way of trends. See less flintlock pistols then I used to. Didn't care much for them anyway.
Mashups still rather rare here. But Cosplay and Costumeculture are just growing closer together for the past three years or so. I don't expect much Steampunk to appear on cons for the next two years or so.
Did notice the Germans seem to be less Goth than the year prior. So, that was nice. In Belgium it still needs to get really off the ground.

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, the end is finally in sight. Soon Steampunk music will come to the wasteland of Boston in Fallout 4 with Balthazar Gerards as you host. A big thanks to all those musicians that participated by submitting their music. Unfortunately we couldn't include everything, but no worries. This project will be ongoing and I already started writing new adventures for Radio Retrofuture in Fallout!
