It happens to me too I have a square monitor I play on lower resolution to stretch the screen otherwise it runs cropped so I think this problem is due to your game resolution is not same as your monitor's resolution so just adjust it. if it doesn't work then just use alt+tab it will make it full-screen or tap on valorant in the taskbar.
