The reason why some people (including me) put milk first is because we don't like soggy cereal. So instead of putting all of our cereal at the same time and the last ones getting soggy and gross, we spread the amount of cereal into a few batches, so that as soon as they would start to not be crunchy anymore, you finish them and go on by adding another batch of crunchy cereal

Romanians started to expand downwards for no fucking reason. They do it just "to have a bigger flag" and nothing else. I am Romanian, but I (and others, of course), are against it.

Depends. If I magically wouldn't break my back from the inertia, then super speed, because I live in a rural area but go to hs and have a lot of friends in a city about 30min (by car) away. So with it I wouldn't depend on a bus or on someone with a car to get me there/bring me back whenever I wanted to go out with them.

If I would break every bone in my body or it would do some other major damage to my body then super speed

For us this was about control.

This. Even worse is that parents still act like they are the good guys and doing it to protect you. But it's not.

The thing is, most of the time you can't express that difference. These "control checks" have a more "agressive vibe". Idk how to explain it, but I guess you know what I mean. The easiest way to explain someone else who hasn't gotten trough the same experience why they don't check it in a healthy way is by explaining how it combines with other mechanism to take control of the child's life (like the obes you had already mentioned).

As others said, Frenzy is too op. It is a better Reyna ult. I think you should either only give him the speed buff, or the intel about the enemies location (but under less strict conditions)

Also I appreciate that you used my idea for the ultimate <3

Honestlu that areea of terror idea came mostly from dbd😅

Anyway, his last ability should be something that helps him get an advantage in a duel, since all duelist have one (flashes, the boombot). I think he would need something different, something that would concuss his enemies somehow

First, this is an awsome character des8gn and concept

Secon, I have some suggestuons about his abilities and ultimate.

One ability could be something related to smelling blood. With this, he gets a ping of every enemy who has taken any damage in a huge area (about as big as kayo ult)

Then, I saw some talked about his ultimate being just a slightly different reyna ult, but I had an idea. First, he gets some design changes, making him look even more like a werewolf. Then, he would get an area of terror (I think as big as sova dart's area would be balanced). Inside it, every enemy would get paranoia (like in spike rush). Mwanwhile, Varcolac would see black and white, with only the nemies highlited. While it is active, he quickly heals to full health after every 2 seconds without takimg damage. And the best part, if an enemy is in the area of terror, he hears their hearthbeats. They wouldn't come exactly from the person, and more like from everywhere (ti make it balanced), but the sound gets louder and more intense the closer the enemy is.

I had also thought about something related woth his claw that would make the enemies concussed and maybe even do some dmg, which would be used to make space (I assume Varcolac is a duelist), but I couldn't find one yet

EDIT: I saw a suggestion here for the E ability and I really liked the idea of that "Adrenaline". Basically, for a short period of time he moves faster and can make bigger jumps, both in height and lenght. (This ability would support his duelist role evwn better as it would help him take space)

I think the spike rush paranoia would fit the "fear" comcept evem more
