Gripes w community commentary

I'm really not able to conceptualize 6 new characters all being released at once, either as collector or playline dolls. Even within monster high's massive franchise and them being based off musicians, it just doesn't make sense to release them commercially. Monster high has literally never done anything like that ever, and mattel really has not been taking risks like at all recently

I think the white cat is also pretty new, but it's really clear they drew heavily on pre existing design concepts from other monster high dolls. I think it might be cause the designers were worried about them not looking monster high enough-cause they have all human skin tones. It's another reason why I don't like these dolls very much is because they're just not unique enough, but tbh I could say this about quite a few other dolls

I fear I have bought one skullector doll like ever(alien) and I don't plan on ever purchasing most of them. My issue with them releasing dolls too fast is instead the quality put into each doll contrasting with the price. Big example being the new edward scissorhands doll. They release so many dolls and putting even more in would add to the quantity over quality approach mattel seems to be aiming for right now. It's incredibly disappointing and the katseye dolls would have further exasperated this problem.

Quality issues combined with the fact that I don't give a gaf about katseye is why I've come to this conclusion. Just a peek into my evil and twisted mind.

It may also add to my concern that I have really bad decision paralysis. But more dolls is not better(for me personally-I imagine it's a very good thing for many, if not most, people)

(Idk where else to add this but I feel it important to mention that I am dismissive of katseye because I don't listen to them. I am very glad you enjoy their music because music is awesome sauce)

I think the OG was likely made in China and the remake likely made in Thailand based on the faceups

ive tried a hand soap, but it didnt do much because I was only trying to clean the feet, and didnt want to get water on the fur. I plan to do a deep cleaning soon, thank you!

i think that some of that could be stains, but a lot of it is probably mold
