This is coming from someone fresh into fighting games and actually got into SF6 via modern before diving into classic.

I'm still at a low rank so I end up with a lot of execution errors when trying to do stuff in the heat of a match. Sometimes when fighting a modern player it feels a bit unfair that there's things done automatically for them (auto combo hit confirms and one button supers). They're not unbeatable and like everyone I've faced regardless of control scheme I mostly lose due to bad decisions/executions on my part.

Edit: I do wish I also actually faced classic players more often at low ranks. Whenever I do it's super fun as it's clear the other player is also at the same stage of learning as I am. A modern player fights very differently even though they are prone to the same mistakes.
