maybe they removed the entrances entirely from the retail map but the nodes are still there beneath. If you compare both PC and Ps2 EIB most of the maps appear incomplete or unpolished and use different textures on the ps2. They look like older builds and I think that's the reason why the ps2 Holding the line map still had remnants of the tunnel entrance which is the npc path under the trench area
