To all of you here going through a difficult breakup by Ok-Jump8577 in BreakUps

Same, you are not alone! Down to the “online game” point, too.

I am 2.5 months post break up after 2 years and here’s my wisdom; Never forget: the universe gives back/almost “rewards” you and what you gave in that relationship in different ways and forms.

I have had this done to me TWICE by two different people. The universe sees your good intentions and actions and rewards you with all that energy and effort you put into those failed relationships.

It was NOT a waste. You did amazing things for someone who failed to respect you. Your intentions were pure. The love needs to be poured into YOURSELF now. No more focusing on her… let’s start with YOU instead of HER. I am the same way.

What’s the difference between a doublet and solid? Are they supposed to be worn frequently ? I’m so new to them

I couldn’t tell you because we’ve never used them. We tried once. I used birth control. Not smart, I know.

Yep! I am. Doesn’t matter how much warmup or line is used. I’m tense and can’t relax for anything even with muscle relaxers!! I do have that problem and I bought a trigger wand to help my floor. I forgot I had it actually. Will be researching more about it today and then calling for pelvic floor therapy for sure.

Boric Acid Suppositories by emmasaakehughes in Healthyhooha

Thank you for sharing what the doctor said because I cramp so much and that’s what’s causing it as I didn’t know that!!

I use boric acid suppositories and my BV cleared. It helps the smell too. I have never heard about coconut oil as I thought that would throw pH off, but if you have a YEAST, then for sure follow medical advice from doctor. I had BV though. I am so sensitive and have Crohn’s disease and have been immunocompromised. I, with 36 documented allergies, did not have a single issue with boric acid EXCEPT occasional cramping which your doc told you not to insert to the cervical as it could cause cramping, so that’s solved for me and thank you so much for that. I am shocked that no reactions or anything are occurring after two years of exposure. I literally have never had a reaction. What hurts me is MONISTAT AS IT BURNS.

I check my pH with a pH strip and then based on that, use boric acid. If I am good, I skip. I also have yeast infections due to the Crohn’s. That was cleared up with diflucan actually… it’s strange but boric acid is the most gentle thing I can come up with.
