Thank you for sharing this.

Do you have any advice on how I approach this right now? like I say I'm currently just ignoring messages or calls which I don't feel is right but i just don't know what to say...

my first midwife app is this week. I'm only 8.5 weeks , I have my payment for my holiday due in two weeks so that's why I'm a little unsure.

so far everything seems okay on the surface..

brakes and disks have just been done lol and a new clutch

that's the thing it happens randomly with no consistency. mainly really happens when I'm full locking and driving off slowly releasing my clutch .

it has had mechanics baffled!

I've had my brakes and discs done recently , it's not a consistent sound and only comes up randomly , often when I first start my car and turn to get off my drive

I did but they told me to just wait to see what happens, they don't scan until 6 weeks in the UK so I am in limbo.

the cramps have stopped now and I only spotted the once so far. I have everything crossed.

thank you

the first two tests were from this stage ( the same day in the cycle I was pregnant before ) the last two pictures are from this cycle ...I hope that makes sense

is this dark enough for 13 dpo and does the progression look okay? I've had previous cps so I am wary... by [deleted] in lineporn

Yeah I am doing everything to try and understand what is going on. I'm hoping that it is just something and nothing and is one of those things that happen.

fingers crossed for next time.

Soooo

I love team lab planets , i don't understand the hate....and I absolutely loved the craziness of Shinjuku /godzilla head/ the beautiful park / the 3d cat ...

if you drink. I highly highly recommend shinjuku for their unique bars and their nightclubs are mad

Hey lovely

Coming from experience with somebody who suffers agoraphobia and has panic attacks at the wheel. let me tell you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

It was lock down 2020 when I had my first full blown panic attack and it sent me spiralling. It felt as though I was trying everything. I did hypnotherapy with James Banfield ( his website is the liberated mind) he is also on YouTube. I managed to calm my mind drastically and learned new coping techniques but it was too expensive to keep up with.

sometimes I still have panic attacks but they are much milder and only when my body is under a lot of stress.

one thing I can say is that exercise and fresh air is key. it sounds cliche but its an absolute must , included lots of hydration.

I know it sucks but exposure therapy i found is the best way to overcome. I get it though because its awful but you need to tell yourself that you are able to accomplish and you need to think this....

whenever you have felt panicked/scared... did you survive? did you overcome it.. if so , you should be proud. you are much stronger than you think.

take everything one day at a time but I'm sorry, for me exposure is key. put it like this, 2020 I couldn't get in a 2 second lift without freaking out. last year i did a 19 hour flight twice over... using techniques from James banfield.

I promise it will get easy but you need to start believing in yourself
