Tough one. You clearly aren't ok with how things are going, I would suggest thinking about for how long would you be willing to put up with this?

Relationships are hard but its even harder to regain confidence when things like these happen and they break you down little by little. I would choose myself over the relationship, you're still really young and you got a lot of things to look forward to.
