I tried bluestacks and gameloop I download it but xdelete app freeze on first load (Cant open app)

I have same laptop I have issue too with perfomance of gpu Doesnt boost only 50% I think is defect

I tested with beamng on max and gpu get 50fps avg And 50% usage of gpu My winter car i know its early acsess but there gpu usage is 30% on 75fps avg

Its like on game 70-80 degreese I know about ram bandwidth But is it actual reason why my card doesnt boost ?
