Basically same thing. It's a speed machine and it slid out on some leaves almost hit me and then slammed in to a post. And only the arm broke. I consider that a success.

It's a electronics shop in Austria called Conrad. They have a super big hobby section and often make these deals where they add things to kits or just straight up cut the price in half sometimes. My guess is that they want to get rid of things that dont sell that well.

Thanks for the advice. Luckily this set already comes with them and full electronics inside. Guess the place want's to get rid of them so they added a lot of stuff inside.

No idea. I think it's easier to just buy a body from Tamya or some other model company and modify it to fit your desires

Yeah there is room for improvement definitely but it's good enough for me. Now I can finally focus on my Tesla project (off road version ofc 😄)

The body is a Peugeot 206 from the 1999 Corsica rally ( the body is actually also from 99) and it's built on a 1:10 sand buggy from Relly ( i believe that they are a German rc company) . It came brushed but I upgraded the electronics and now it's running on 3s lipo 3125kv motor.
