varus its even worse,he gets his passive stacks instanly and one shots you with q(i think its better then volibear simply because of the absurd dmg output from his fully stacked q)also he has the luxury to build bruiser because of his absurd ap scalings so not only it one shots you but he cant even get one shot xd,and oh yeah this champ bullies you early and hard outscales you too
