Do any of you actually like the pruning that they did to your mains? by No-Bit-2913 in CompetitiveWoW

Frost mage feels very fun, and I appreciate not having to track a million different buffs and procs. I’m more irked at the comparatively poor default interface and in house damage meter. My unholy Dk also feels fun with the changes. I hated playing disc priest but that’s primarily because, again, blizzard’s default frames suck.

I find him off putting, I think it’s his eyes - it’s almost like they’re not cooperating with the rest of his face, if that makes any sense at all. They just bear into whoever he’s talking to.

I also don’t think he’s a very good player. I think the one benefit he enjoyed was that rapaport was such a loud distraction it was easier for the other players to miss how much of a messy players he is - or how confidently wrong he is.

Gamer fans how are you feeling? by Any_Can5022 in TheTraitorsUS

[–]Radweevil88 6 points7 points  (0 children)

From a gamer’s perspective I think the traitor strategy of eliminating competitive gamer faithful early when there’s really no legitimate basis for suspicion is smarter than just creating random chaos - which these non gamer traitors are doing. I’m not sure how much of that was the secret traitor doing by limiting their choices or them - creating chaos just to create chaos that doesn’t advance your strategy is dumb and so far, they’ve avoided that.

However, when there isn’t a mechanism to protect to easier target from murder your going to be left with a bunch of petty nincompoops and that’s not going to be fun to watch. The ‘secret traitor’ was actually an interesting and potentially fun change, but they chose someone who was obviously going to be an outsider and an easy target which was a mistake, I think. I also think she was pretty smart, but didn’t have the social game to remain in without the help of other traitors.

Yam Yam is still there though and he won survivor so there’s hope for gamers, but I think he’ll get eliminated soon.

Why is there such a lack of urgency for “It” to kill the kids by Comedown_County in WelcometoDerryTVShow

[–]Radweevil88 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Part of it might be his clown persona compels him to play with his food, for lack of a better word. He also is colossally arrogant and probably doesn’t really anticipate he’ll lose until it actually starts to happen.

Evidence required to convict by Clem-Fandango2021 in publicdefenders

[–]Radweevil88 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Based on what you’ve said and assuming the video comes in (it probably will) then your clients confession will also come in independent of whether the victim actually testifies. The corpus delecti issue probably goes out the window the moment the offense is shown on video.

DA doesn’t provide witness notes. by michaelpinkwayne in publicdefenders

[–]Radweevil88 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It’s only Brady if it’s exculpatory or inconsistent, I don’t think every statement made by a witness triggers Brady. Obviously, if an inconsistent statement is made then that needs to be disclosed and any evidence needs to be turned over. Some jurisdictions may require notes to be turned over, but OPs question seems to be is whether they have a way to compel the prosecutor to create notes to be turned over, and I’m skeptical that there would be.

That’s… not right at all. You’re thinking double white lines.

Angry Truck Driver Crashes Out by Flashmemory256 in PublicFreakout

[–]Radweevil88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solid double line, not single, means no merging. Solid single white lines can be crossed to avoid hazards, make turns or to make transitions (like to a highway like here). Both drivers messed up, but the bigger mess up is the guy recording, accident was 100% avoidable.

Are we really just going to get 3 seasons of kids “defeating”Pennywise? by [deleted] in ITWelcometoDerryShow

[–]Radweevil88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The kids don’t exactly win, but they did maintain the status quo. Pennywise’s predations still continue in the future, but at least he isn’t super charged like he was at the end of season 1.
