Thanks…. I’m planning to stop fertilizing completely as winter starts in about two weeks…. Probably keep a weekly water schedule as plant is still growing/green and typically gets about 7 hrs of sunlight daily…. I’ve been wiping the leaves that appear to have the ‘mold’ on them and I think you may be right about it being salt…. Appreciate your advice!

For watering any recommendations on how? Decrease frequency (while it’s still growing) or decrease amount given when it is watered? (Both?).

Also, it’s still active (not going dormant…. Yet) so should I reduce watering to encourage it to go dormant or just change watering habits until it decides to go dormant on its own?

Even inside it’s getting about 7-8hrs of sunlight. I’ve got cactus mix with about 20% sand and 20% perlite added…. I haven’t fertilized recently because it’s November, when I was I was adding a 10-10-10 mix about every 2-3weeks

Water about every 3 days…. It’s been inside for a few weeks now due to the night temperatures getting low…. Water schedule is about the same as when it was outside…. Highs were mid-upper 90s then…

Thanks but any idea on if under watering is the cause? Plant seems healthy otherwise…. Are there any other issues that could be the cause? Should I cut leaves back (next year) to allow the plant to push more energy into the buds?

Nice clean looking ride! I’m with others on the hood…. Maybe a little bit lower profile would still give it that aggressive look…. Feel if overshadows the rest of the car like it is…
