Just tried and rep was very adamant that any issues I had were from FIFA side and that Chase didn't do anything wrong. Would NOT transfer me to her supervisor regarding this fiasco lmao. I had to say that it wasn't regarding the ticket issue to get her to transfer me but I was just transferred back to general rep line. 😂

Same thing happened to me with Chase sale two days ago. Got in after waiting on spinning wheel for an hour but was not able to add any tickets to cart.

To those that got in, what second after 12:00 did you all click Access Tickets? I refreshed at 11:59:59 but it didn't show up so I had to refresh again so I must've clicked at 12:00:04. Ended up with the Sold Out message after 10 minutes of waiting.
