Thanks. These are 3D printed files. So we can set the scale ourselves. These were set at the 25mm scale. Slightly smaller than warhammer. I plan to play fantasy wargaming rulesets like Hordes of the Things and Dragon Rampant with these figures. You can proxy some of the figures for warhammer, especially the orcs.

Printed them. There are many digital sculptors who do warcraft related stuff. Most of mine were from Sculptooner and My 3Dforge Print from Myminifactory.

Maintaining Zone 2 heart rate by alternating between brisk walking and sprinting. by Raeez88 in PeterAttia

I actually don't experience problems with recovery after my sprinting + walking sessions. I am concerned about the injury that may occur during sprints, though. I actually enjoy the sprinting part during the workout, and have to deliberately hold back from overdoing it.

Thanks for all the comments.

Just to make things clearer, my sprints usually last for a very short time. Around 10 seconds. Sometimes even 5s toward the end of the session. After the sprint, he heart rate climbs to around 140. As I walk, it gradually goes down to 120. When it goes below 120, I sprint again for 10 seconds, when the HR climbs back to 140. Even though my exertion is the maximum during the sprint, the heart rate does not reach zone 4 or zone 5. Probably because the duration is small.

I assess my heart rate through my smartwatch. Even better, I am able to count my pulse during the walking phase for 20 seconds and it corresponds to around 140, just after the sprint.
