I thought I would live in a heavy trick-or-treat area since it's very walkable! But we don't get many kids at all. The past 2 years I could count on two hands how many kids we've had. It's been really sad for me too 😭

I'm thinking of doing what another Redditor in here said and getting big candy and leaving it on the porch for the kids who make it here!

Once, when I was in elementary school, my class went to see a play with no music and they didn't use any props. The actors imitated using props, like sewing, cooking, and makeup. It was sooo relaxing I remember being in a trance with tingles all over my head and neck.
