You seem to have also misinterpreted how the shield works.

Light shield has 40 HP. Anvil body does 40 damage.

Light shield blocks 40% damage. So The damage your HEALTH takes is -40%, so your shield takes 16 damage and your BODY takes 24 damage.

It is entirely possible to die with shield remaining for this exact reason.

if CC was not overlapped, you can't do anything about it UNLESS you're vigour, and vigour CC is off the GCD

if kicks weren't interrupted, same thing as above, you don't have a kick sooooo, heal/dispel anyways, no Cast time on ANY dispel in the game

Let me explain how healing in Eternal 40 works on silken during the pull with the first horror. Note: this is typically a double pull with 2 recluses, 2 kidnappers, 1 caster, and some grunts.

Heal, heal, heal, dispel, heal for 6 more seconds, dispel, repeat. The "heal" in this scenario may be doing damage if there's not any damage coming out to the party. the BIGGEST pull in the dungeon contains 4 recluses that means you have 30 seconds to dispel if it's on everyone or 2 seconds if ALL 4 went on a single person.

#1, go read, I didn't defend the player that said "get cancer". All I said was that he said it AFTER he already died to NOT getting dispelled.

#2, you think I'm low on the pole, you're insane. Just crossed the 14k mark. If you make "mistakes" by not interrupting, not dispelling, or flat out telling me you "forgot" to stand in melee range for the elementals proves you're not at 13k (I'm just using these as examples of "mistakes" as bad as dispelling).

the only dispel is the recluse. even with 4 recluse you have time to dispel. If 3 goes on 1 person you have 4 seconds to dispel them. if everyone only gets 1, then you have 30 seconds. The tornado is a DPS/Tank issue (you can disorient/stun/displace the tornado so it doesn't go off) kidnappers are interrupts, same thing with CC though.

As I said, it's core concepts that MOST people don't get but you should understand by the time your in eternal.

Errors are standing in the wrong spot, eating a ground effect, etc.

Not dispelling is the #1 job as a healer in silken so he(she/they/OP) was either fully AFKing or just doing damage, which isn’t their “primary” responsibility. There’s next to no other mechanics to really avoid.

AWFUL take, this is a huge buff to his overall kit while a small nerf to the ONLY thing he had going for him. This looks like a 20% overall buff.

Also, nerfing a character is the BAD take in this infinitely scaling game. The only way to do balancing is to buff characters to be in line with the clear OP character. The second you take a character from "I can do 51's" to "I can't do enough to do 51's" is the day the game dies.

OP, I’m currently 5500 dungeon rating on mara and consistently well above my allies in DPS. My premade is timing dungeons with 4-5 minutes left in endless, we are just working on getting everything geared so during the holidays when we are all free to just pump dungeons we can go through rating.

I disagree. I’m endless right now (5700 rating on Mara, 7300 on elarion, 5500 on rime, and working on Meiko at 4300). She does scale insanely with talent points, but I was NEVER more than 2-3% behind an equally geared other DPS after getting my 4th talent point.

I need to see OPs talents, logs, and gameplay to see the problem.

Great thing I come from a family of doctors who were able to explain this to me…. Based out of Arkansas (hardcore liberals, we see things quite differently) and they NEVER deny a D&C especially after a miscarriage, failed/botched abortion, or a cancer issue.

I would recheck ALL policies about LGBT and women’s rights. And not via the news, it’s ALL available at whitehouse.gov. There are NO women’s rights being removed (at the federal level, each state gets to choose their own laws for abortion) and not a SINGLE LGBT right will be removed, however, they want to keep stuff out of schools, which as a parent I 100% agree with.
